I paid for next day delivery and it took 2 days, the delivery company said Worms Direct UK only allow for packages to be given in person so when i was not home on the actual delivery day (and not the day i planned and paid for the worms to come!!) they were taken to a depot to which i was unable to get to as my order was needed before I’d be free to get to the depot.
I have not been able to get my delivery and therefore, have lost out on money and wasted time trying to speak with the delivery company.

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused.
I’ve checked the tracking and can confirm the courier attempted delivery the next working day after dispatch. As no one was at the address at the time, the parcel was taken back to the depot.
For clarity, we do authorise safe delivery. In fact, we place an extra sticker on every parcel stating that it can be left in a shady area away from direct sunlight. I’m sorry you were advised otherwise by the delivery company.
I can also see there were no safe-place instructions or a delivery note left for the driver. Having a clear custom note (e.g., “leave by the side gate”) usually enables the courier to leave the parcel safely when you’re not home.
