Unfortunately, during transit the contents of the insulated box spilled into the large outer cardboard box, leaving the bags containing the worms to roll around in the corner between the worm keeper and insulated box . As a consequence, they were in a very poor condition when they arrived.
Releasing them into the worm keeper, with a sprinkle of water and a covering of moss seems to have helped them revive somewhat but they remain a long way from perfect.
Royal mail advised some worms had escaped prior to delivery!
With what i paid they were not that great alot very and suppossed to be hand picked
Quite a few of the worms were dead.
No helpful with instructions and support, there is a telephone number but the answering machine says they do not take calls from clients
