    Royal Mail bit slow with delivery

    Your service was fantastic but delivery by Royal Mail was very poor they didn’t leave the worms in the agreed safe place even though you’d put it on the box and I’d put it on the Royal Mail tracking and had an email from them confirming it. Luckily I came home early and managed to save the worms from the boiling hot conservatory.
