Worms Direct U.K. is a company whose specific aim is to provide the best products and service to the worm composting, fishing bait and worm specialist markets. Out experience, research and commitment enable us to provide an excellence in service, quality, know-how and reliability, for the angler, worm composter/recycler, reptile or amphibian keeper, bird and fish enthusiast and the domestic or commercial vermicomposter.

Our fishing worms and composting worms are bred and grown at our worm farm in Essex. We constantly upgrade out methods and materials which guarantees the quality and health of our worms. We also purchase certain species of fishing worms, particularly Dendrobaena and Lobworms from specific outside breeders. On arrival, all worms are rested and fed to ensure they are to the same high standard as our own before being offered for sale. Worms, especially Lobworms, are never sent straight out. This will ensure that all worms delivered to you will be in the best condition and stress free: this is our guarantee. Because we breed our own worms and only use reliable, experienced worm breeders, the excellent quality will be consistent from one order to another and of course, we hope never to be out of stock, so you can rely on us to deliver on time, every time!

Amongst our staff, we have keen fishermen, an experienced and qualified reptile enthusiast, and an environmentalist, who are only too happy to offer help and advice, be it the right worm for fishing bait, the right composting worms or the right earthworms to add to your garden or even if your lizard should be eating worms! If you have a question or need advice, we will do out best to provide an answer.

Professionally we have the expertise to advise on the different aspects of composting, worm composting (vermicomposting), organic recycling and the use of compost and worm casts in gardening or horticulture.
