Worms for Lawns

This worm is ideally suited for areas of grass as well as the shrub and vegetable beds, as it does not throw up casts onto the surface. Although this worm is really a litter or composting worm it is quite happy to live in the top few inches of soil.
The worms will need planting, scattering over the area will not work, dig small trowel depth holes, put in some old compost (not potting or seeding) water, place in a few worms and cover.
