The Worm Keeper with Lobs
Now that is customer service!!

I fully appreciate your gesture and understand now why the wormkeeper is
there. I think that a fuller explanation on the website and a picture will
help, as I am sure I would not have bought the wormkeeper if it had.

As you can appreciate I will not need the worms right now, however if send another 100 on the last dispatch date in March, and I pay for 50, I am sure I will need them then. You have a grateful customer and a return customer in me.
