Waste Buster Wormeries

Worm composting bins or "Wormeries" are systems where the waste organic material is put onto a bedding material which is home to a colony of composting worms, the worms then feed on this material converting it into a nutrient rich compost. There are several worm composting bins on the market, some work, some don't. Worms Direct will only supply wormeries that have been tried and tested by us and have proved they work successfully.
The Waste Buster range are "flow through" systems, this is where the waste is put in at the top, when the bin is nearly full, the mechanism at the bottom riddles the finished compost into the collecting tray, the composting worms are left in place to start all over again.
All Waste Buster wormeries are supplied flatpack, complete with bedding material, worms, full instructions and delivery - just add your waste!

Please note, delivery of wormeries is by carrier and will need a signature on arrival, if you are likely to be out, please make alternative arrangements with a neighbour, the carrier will not leave the order on the doorstep. If prefered, please specify a convenient delivery day and date, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The wormery and the worm and bedding kit are usually sent the same day but will be with different carriers (the wormery is dispatched directly from the manufacturer) and will most likel arrive at different times! There is no rush to put the wormery together as the worms are quite happy in their container for many days, just keep them out of sun and somewhere cool until you are ready to add to the wormery.
